|
|

We perform a 100% visual inspection prior to processing. Each production lot is assigned a log number for tracking purposes. A container that cannot be processed due to defects is sent to a plastics recycling facility. After passing the visual inspection, labels are removed and the container is cleaned to remove residues. The container is then processed through MCS's patented cleaning equipment which uses a multi-stage heated DI water system for rinsing and high pressure filtered air for drying. The entire cleaning and packaging operation is performed in a Class 10 clean room environment.
After the cleaning operation, 100% of the containers are inspected under ultra violet (UV) light for particles. Maximum particle levels for a MCS cleaned container is typically 6 particles > 1.0 micron for a multiple part container. For the most demanding applications, we now offer a zero particle process. Once the lot has been inspected and approved, each container is re-assembled and packaged in the clean room environment. Packaging is performed to customer specifications or with MCS standard procedures. Double bagging allows the customer to put the product into immediate cleanroom use. A certificate of conformance is supplied with each lot. |
