CANCELLATION

If it is necessary to cancel or skip your scheduled service, Maria’s Cleaning Services, LLC requires a two (2) business day notice. If Maria’s Cleaning Services, LLC receives less than a two (2) business day notice or if we cannot access your home, it will be necessary to charge you the full quoted price of your cleaning.

PAYMENT

Full payment is due the day of your cleaning. Maria’s Cleaning Services, LLC Accepts Cash, Check, Credit/Debit, and Zelle.

A $25 fee will be charged for each returned check.

24-HOUR GUARANTEE

Cleaning is a personal and human service and although our sole mission is to leave your home or business thoroughly and professionally cleaned, we realize that occasionally an area may not be cleaned to your satisfaction. We are unable to offer a refund however, Maria’s Cleaning Services, LLC will gladly re-clean any area that you are not satisfied with. We only ask that you let us know of any issues or concerns within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will do everything in our power to make it right.

BREAKAGE/LOSS

Maria’s Cleaning Services, LLC is insured. Notification of the breakage/loss must be made within 48 hours of service. Key replacement/locksmith fees are paid only if keys are lost or miscoded.

HOLIDAYS

If your scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday that Maria’s Cleaning Services, LLC observes, we will contact you to reschedule your cleaning.

GRATUITY

Maria’s Cleaning Services, LLC never requires you to tip, but it is a powerful way to say thanks to your cleaning team. Even a personal note or review from you for our service can mean a great deal.

SUPPLIES

Maria’s Cleaning Services, LLC uses high-quality grade, tested, and approved cleaning supplies to clean your home or business. However, if you own special products that you would like us to use on particular area(s), we are glad to accommodate your request. Please contact us to  discuss prior to your cleaning.
